Waterproofness:
If you feel like your item is not waterproof, it is because the fabric must have absorbed water by pressure. The membrane breathes when the outside is drier than the inside. We assume that during your activity, the interior moisture did not evaporate, which created that wet sensation.

Cuts:
Our warranty does not cover damages caused by scratches, impacts, wrong washing or drying, misuse, or discoloration.
Indeed, these problems cannot be the result of a negligence in our factories or warehouses. Moreover, we do care about your satisfaction, which is why we will be happy to send you pieces of fabric if you want to fix your item.
The after-sales service can refuse the request if the interruption is not related to the product but to its use.
Zipper, buttons, seams, cords:
Picture warranties all of its products against potential manufacturing defects for a period of 2 years starting from the purchase date.
As part of the brand’s commitment to the environment, PICTURE offers a lifetime repair warranty for the following products:
- Technical jackets and pants
- Midlayers, tech sweaters
- Backpacks
For these products, PICTURE will make repairs to all seams, zippers, buttons, and any other parts that go missing (patches, drawstrings) for the entire lifetime of the garment.

Pilling and discoloration:
All Picture products are covered by a two-year warranty against material and manufacturing defects.
Pilling and/or minor damages cannot be considered as manufacturing defects. Please be reassured on the fact that the item will keep all of its characteristics.
Also, the bleaching caused by ultraviolet rays is not a manufacturing problem. Technical clothing is very exposed to the UV rays of the sun, and it is increased by the snow’s reflection.
Product tests have shown that this discoloration is caused by friction on an abrasive surface. It is a tear of the textile filaments which has nothing to do with the quality of the materials used.
The after-sales service can refuse the request if the interruption is not related to the product but to its use.
