Quality & Warranty
All PICTURE items are covered by a two-year warranty against material and manufacturing defects.
If a defective product meets our warranty conditions, we will whether repair, replace or refund it.
According to our eco-friendly policy, repair is our first choice. Indeed, we prefer fixing rather than throwing away.
For any request regarding PICTURE quality, please fill in the aftersales form (After sales-sales serviceForm) with as many details as possible, it allows us to respond your request as quickly as possible.
Please note that we may ask you to contact the shop where you bought the item in order to have the best service, and we will also ask you for a proof of purchase.
We reserve the right to reject a warranty claim if we feel that the warranty conditions are not met.
Please note that if your request is accepted, Picture will take care of the return shipping costs by sending a prepaid return slip. Please wait for the return of our after sales service team. If return shipping costs have already been incurred, Picture will not be able to pay for them under any circumstances.
Our warranty does not cover the following cases:
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse or negligence
- Discoloration or shrinkage caused by wrong washing or drying
- Impact damages and stains
- Scratches
- Normal wear and tear
