You may exercise this right of withdrawal without penalty. Picture covers the return shipping costs except in the United States.

We will only accept returns if the following conditions are met:

All items must be returned to us in new condition (unworn, unwashed, and unused) with their tags attached. Each item is inspected manually upon receipt.

We reserve the right to refuse your return if the above conditions are not met.

If the return is approved, we will issue a refund; Picture does not offer product exchanges.

Additionally, after 15 days (from the date of the return request), your package will not be accepted.
