How do I request a return?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will be happy to accept your return within 21 days (from receipt of the product).
You can exercise this right of withdrawal without penalty. You are responsible for the shipping costs.
We advise you to send your order with a signature.
We will accept the return only if the following conditions are met: All items must be returned to us new (not worn, not washed, not used) with their labels.
Each item is manually checked upon receipt. We reserve the right to refuse your return if the above conditions are not met.
In case the return is validated, we will proceed to a refund, Picture does not exchange products.
A - As a registered customer
You have access to the return requests from your customer account:
Log in with your login and password
Click on "My orders" and select the order concerned.
- Click on "Return products".
- Check the products you wish to return
- Select the reason for your return
- Click on "Continue".
- On the next two pages you will find your return form to print
For all orders shipped or delivered less than 21 days old, a return request form is available in the order details. The return procedure is present and explained on this page.

B - As a guest customer
- Go to the login page of your account in the "Check Order" section
- Fill in your order number
- Enter your email address
- Fill in your billing zip code
- Click on "Resend Products
- Check the products you wish to return
- Select the reason for your return
- Click on " Continue "
- On the next two pages, you will find your return form to print
