When will I receive my refund?

You have made a return and you don't know when you will be refunded?

You will be reimbursed within 10 working days from the sending of your package. If the returned items are defective or do not conform to those ordered, this period may be extended.

The refund will then be visible on your bank statement within 5 business days or on your PayPal account within 48 hours.

You placed an order by credit card and your refund does not appear on your bank statement?

Check your bank statement:                                       

- On the date your return was registered.

- On the date of validation of your order (some credit card providers group together the payment and refund transactions on the same date).

- On the bank statement of the month following the refund, if you have a deferred debit card.
