How do I track my order?

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email from DPD confirming the shipment of your package with a tracking link to follow the delivery.

If you are not present at the time of delivery, several options will be offered by our carrier DPD.

1. As a registered customer

If you already have your order tracking number, go to the website of our carrier DPD: https://www.dpd.fr/particuliers

This tracking is also possible from your customer account:

1. Log in with your login and password

2. Click on "My orders" and select the order concerned

3. Click on "View details"

4. Click on "Track my order"

5. A new window will open with the DPD tracking of your package

If your package is indicated as delivered and you have not yet received it, we advise you to check your mailbox. If you are not present at the time of delivery, DPD should have left a delivery notice.

2.As a guest customer

If you already have your order tracking number, go to the website of our carrier DPD: https://www.dpd.fr/particuliers
